Seven Hills Farm is nestled in the heart of Crabapple, just minutes from Historic Roswell, downtown Alpharetta, and 5 miles from the Wills Park Show Grounds. A 20 minute ride from the Buckhead/Midtown area gives our city-dwelling clients a short commute to enjoy their horses. This beautiful, boutique 12 stall barn has spared no amenities for the horse and rider.

Stalls & Ventilation
12.5 X12.5ft matted stalls with Air King fans provides premium comfort for the equine athletes. Dutch doors with beautiful yokes that open to the outside for fire and evacuation safety and inside to a 16ft aisle with grippy stone pavers that prevent horses from slipping. 5 cupolas, 24ft ceilings, and insulation provide excellent ventilation and temperature control and allows for hot air to rise and exit through the cupolas.
Fire Safety
The danger of fires includes obvious risks but, fires in barns are especially dangerous since horses will run back to the fire instead of trying to escape. Too many barns do not prepare for this. At Seven Hills Farm, the barn includes:

Fly & Mosquito Protection
Seven Hills uses misting systems to reduce flies and mosquitos. One system addresses the outside entrances to the barn and operates more frequently than its counterpart inside the barn. Seven Hills uses the best natural treatment; water based Pyrethrin made from the chrysanthemum plant.
Alarm System
Burglar and fire alarms encompass the entire facility and are centrally monitored 24×7. The front gate entry system provides security and allows convenient access anytime with your own unique access code. In addition, there are two living quarters attached to the barn, so there is always someone at the barn to monitor the horses.
Blanket Room
A room designated for the clean storage of turnout blankets with a designated area for each horse’s sheets and blankets. Aisles and stall fronts stay free of clutter while the Seven Hills team delivers blanketing services for client horses.
